COVID-19 Update

As you are probably aware, Michigan is currently facing the Coronavirus, a global pandemic. 17th Circuit Court of Kent County has issued a Press Release regarding what the Court is doing in light of this quickly spreading virus. Right now, all non-emergencies hearings and jury trials have been postponed. We do not know how this will affect matters that have already been scheduled beyond April 13, 2020. Our office is waiting to hear how other counties and District Courts will be handling the Coronavirus.

As for our office, we will continue to work on your case. We have canceled all office appointments, jail visits, and prison visits until further notice. We, as always, will be available by email, mail, and telephone. If a meeting or strategy session is necessary, we are willing to schedule this via google-hangout as to not spread the virus. Please stay healthy and safe by following the CDC’s recommendations regarding the Coronavirus.

If you have any questions about your case, your next court appearance, or your next meeting with us, please reach out to us.

We’ve Moved! Come check out our new space at The Federal Square Building. We enjoyed our time at our old address with our colleague there, but it was time for The Nunzio Law Firm to get a space of its own to work on your criminal defense case or other legal matters.

We have mail forwarding set up, but please use our new address so that mail isn’t lost.

Our New Address is located in The Federal Square Building:
